Agneepath movie review – Will is succeed like previous Agneepath

Remaking the hits and blockbusters movies of the past is now a trend in bollywood. It started with Don and then others followed the trend. Some Movies like Don, Om Shanti Om got success but some like Ramgopal Verma ki aag, Karz flopped badly.

This Friday another remake movie called Agneepath will release. Agneepath is remake of a super hit and classic movie with the same name that was released in 1990. The original movie was directed by Mukul S. Anand and produced by Yash Johar. The new movie is produces by his son Karan Johar. Let us see if the son-producer will get the same success and Dad-Producer making the same movie.

Co-incidentally the director’s name is also Karan. This the the first movie as a director for Karan Malhotra. It’d be interesting to see how Hrithik Roshan who is playing male lead in the movie will do justice with the iconic role of Vijay Deenanath Chauhan.

But one thing I am more interesting to watch is Sanjay Dutt playing the tole of Kancha Cheena. In the original movie the same role was played by Danny, a famous villain of the Indian film industry. His looks are great in the movie and the initial traliors remind me of the Sanjay Dutt I’ve seen in the bollywood hit Khalnayak. In Khalnayak Sanjay Dutt also played a negative character, which was widely appreciated. Historically it has been seen that whenever Sanjya Dutt played a negative role the movie has been a record hit, lets see if Agneepath goes by the past trend or not.

One thing I really didn’t like about the new Agneepath is that the character that was played by Mithun Chakraborty has been completely removed from the story. Interestingly Mithun won film-fare award for that role. The new Agneepath have one more negative character added to the story and its being played by Rishi Kapoor.

Bodyguard movie is being released after a couple of day on the occasion of EID (31-Aug-2011). The Movie is being directed by Siddique is its the remake of his own Malayalam film with same title. Interestingly the movie has been remade in Tamil as well with the title Kaavalan.

Movie is a romantic action thriller and so far as reaction of audience to the promos is concerned the Movies seem to be being a mega hit of 2011. It seems to be another milestone movie in the career of actor Salman Khan after the success of Wanted and Dabang.

Parts of the movie has been shot at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, Patiala and film city Mumbai.

Dum Maro Dum Movie Review, Songs & Wallpapers

Dum Maro Dum can be said as the most awaited movie of 2011 after the Cricket world cup 2011 that started in Feb Mid and ended April 2. Though another cricketing event IPL is also goin on currently still Dum Maro Dum can be considered to be the movie that can attract crowds to theaters and multiplexes from tomorrow. Movie is set in Goa and is directed by Rohan Sippy. Total length of the movie is 2 hrs 15 mins and the music is given by Pritam.

Once again Abhishek Bacchan plays a cop but I wonder when he will look like a cop with a toned body, he needs to work out more to suit the role.

Hare Rama Hare Krishna - Remake

Raring to go even at 86, Bollywood's evergreen actor Dev Anand said Wednesday that he was going to remake his 1971 hit 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna' very soon.

'I will make another version of 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna' in Nepal very soon. The script is ready. People want another 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna' I know that,' the ebullient Dev Anand told reporters at the first look of his directorial venture 'Chargesheet' at the JW Marriott hotel here.

'If people can make remakes, make biopics, why can't there be a remake of this film... The film will be made keeping in perspective the present generation,' the actor said, adding that his film was about drugs and hippies and the former was still a factor.

Dev Anand's last few directorial ventures 'Censor' (2001), 'Love at Times Square' (2003) and 'Mr Prime Minister' (2005) sank without a trace. But the legendary filmmaker is not disheartened.

Produced by Navketan films, 'Chargsheet' is a suspense thriller where the 86-year-old star plays a pivotal role. He has also cast expelled Samajwadi party leader Amar Singh as a home minister in the film.

'He looks like a member of parliament. You can see the dream in his eyes that he can be home minister any day. Anything can happen in politics.'

Amar Singh had given his home in Delhi for the shooting of his film.

Dev Anand also spoke of his classic 'Hum Dono', which is being released in a colour version.

'The film 'Hum Dono' has been coloured and it will be out very soon. It looks fantastic, as if it has been shot in colour.'

Release yesterday Khatta Meetha is a trademark Priyadarshan comedy movies, but I wonded will ever be the director able to recreate the comedy magic he create with Hera Pheri and fir Hera Pheri.

Despite these two comedy movies all his movies has been average hits. The movie Khatta Meetha is all about corruption in the system and how one needs to adapt it to survive.
Sachin Tichkule (Akshay Kumar) is a struggling road construction contractor with no money to bribe the people in municipal office. And to add to this the commissioner of Municipal corporation comes out to be his x-girlfriend who hates him badly.

Movie show the corruption in the system as it make you laugh. Lots of kings of comedy in the movie including Johny lever, Rajpal Yadav, Neeraj Vora, Milind Gunaji, Asrani, Atul Parchure, Aruna Irani etc,

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag - Movie on Flying sikh Milkha singh

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is ambitious with his new project Bhaag Milkha Bhaag a movie on the life of Milkha Singh. He is also planning to relese the movie in multiple international languages so as whole world knows his story. Hindi, Punjabi, French , Polish are few languages on hi sming at this point of time.

Mehra says he hasn't finalised any actor to play the role of the legendary runner who made history by coming fourth in the Rome Olympic Games in 1960.

'Raavan Music release adn review

Conside the big names like Rahman, Gulzar and Mani Ratnam, you expectation are already going to be high and so will be the quality. Music of the Raavan will goin to be moderate hit. Album contains 6 songs and no remix.

Song Beera is the one which describes the character of Abishek Bachchn in the movie. The song instantly connects with the listener and is highly intriguing. Next is 'Behene de'. Wonderfully crooned by Karthik and Mohammed Irfan, it is the best song of the album. Thok de killi'. Sung by Sukhwinder Singh, the fast-paced track is loud, rustic and yet impressive.Then there is 'Ranjha ranjha', which is an average track belted out by Rekha Bhradwaj and Javed Ali. The other songs of the album are so captivating that this one fails to create a mark.

Up next is 'Khilli re', a slow, soft love song that brings out the longing of a woman for her lover. Sung by Reena Bhardwaj in her sweet melodious voice, it has a balmy effect and the melody strikes a chord with the listener.

Finally, there is a wedding song 'Kata kata'. The thumping beats and strong orchestration can make it chartbuster. Sung by Ila Arun, Sapna Awasthi and Kunal Ganjawala, the track has a celebratory tune and a Rajasthani folk touch.

Kajraare: A third film of Himesh Reshammiya’s as an actor. Kajraare is a T-Series’ production film release on this Diwali directed by Pooja Bhatt. Releasing date of the film is October 16th.

Aladin Movie Music and Movie Review

Aladin is a character that we have read. watched in TV serials and cartoon network from our childhood and in my opinion Aladin and Genie are the two most popular character among people of of all age groups. Probably that the reason why director Sanjay gosh had made the movie Aladin. No doubt the movie will prove to be a pure family entertainer. Music of this eagerly awaited film was launched last week in a hotel oh Mumbai where whole crew was present including Big B Amitabh Bachan himself, Riteish Deshmukh, soha Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Director Sujoy Ghosh, Music directors Vishal-Shekhar and Singers Shaan and Sunidhi Chauhan. Actor Sanjay Dutt was not avaialbe but he addressed the audience and media by a special AV clip.

Big B Amitabh Bachan is playing the role of the genie in the movie. Jasmine's role will be played by Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez. Sanjay Dutt will play the role of villain who want to kill Aladin and get his magical Lamp. Movie will release on 30 october.
